Victoria Jean Church-Dellinger says Ally was wrong to keep fuel in her repossessed car and voila, a multi-million dollar lawsuit is born.  When a car is repossessed, the “borrower” clearly owes hundreds if not thousands of dollars.  This lawsuit would, at most, require the “lender” to reduce the amount of debt owed by the dollar amount of a tank of gasoline.  What difference does this make to the “borrower”?  What a complete waste of a justice system!!  Her attorney, Brian Parker, is planning on filing against all lenders of automobile loans for this nonsense.  This is another obvious example of lawyers making a job for themselves at the expense of society.  No one but the lawyers will “win” from this lawsuit!  This is not justice in any way shape or form!
